Management Accountant
Location: Grimsby (Commutable from Hull, Scunthorpe, Lincoln, and surrounding areas)
Salary: Up to £45,000 + Excellent Benefits

This is a full-time, office-based role offering a competitive salary of up to £45,000, along with an outstanding benefits package.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly management accounts, covering sales, margins, and variances.
- Develop and maintain financial reports, KPIs, and dashboards for business decision-making.
- Reconcile stock movements, variances, and other key accounts.
- Support budget holders with accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Assist with payroll processing and the preparation of month-end reconciliations.
What Experience is Required
- Part-qualified, finalist, or newly qualified CIMA/ACCA with strong financial reporting experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups).
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
