- Processing of credit notes and debit notes
- Checking, reconciling, and processing supplier bills
- Assisting with weekly cashflow and payment schedules
- Monitoring accounts receivables, allocation of customer receipts
- Weekly and monthly bank reconciliation
- Preparing statutory or regulatory forms as and when required
- Assist with preparing employee wages
- Managing employee expense claims

- Helping finance colleagues in preparing and circulating periodic reports, including the monthly management information pack
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks as required by members of the finance team
- Experience in a similar role within a manufacturing business would be a significant advantage
- AAT qualified is an advantage but not essential
- Highly numerate and organised
- Strong IT skills, including excel and ability to manage data
- Organised and flexible approach to work, with the ability to plan and prioritise
- Ability to build effective relationships with colleagues
