NJR Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a fast-growing Financial Planning firm which provides professional, face to face financial advice to clients throughout the UK. Due to growth, they are now looking for an ambitious Trainee Administrator to join their team based in Grimsby.

The main purpose of the role will be to support Financial Planners and the Compliance team will all aspects of the administration including the following:

  • Processing New Business
  • Dealing with client queries
  • Managing an Adviser's diary
  • Checking compliance files
  • Liaising with a variety of providers

What do we need from you?

  • A degree in a finance related field eg economics, maths, accountancy
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • A passion for wanting a career in financial planning
  • Ideally the successful applicant will be working towards either Level 4 Diploma qualification in Financial Planning or CISI Level 4 Certificate of Paraplanning with a good working knowledge of protection, pensions and investment products but this is not essential.
