About the Role: As a Panel Beater, your responsibilities will include:

  • Adhering to all safety policies and procedures, including the consistent use of PPE.
  • Reporting any safety incidents to management promptly.
  • Following the job sheet diligently to disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles while maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Collaborating with your team, coaching apprentices, and ensuring effective use of materials to minimize waste.

The Ideal Candidate: To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • Trade qualification as a Panel Beater.
  • A strong physical fitness level and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn.
  • A reliable work ethic, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit.
  • A police check will be required for visa applications.
