Key Duties:
- Provide special contract customer services and administrative support.
- Take import bookings and input them into the internal software system.
- Liaise directly with customers to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare sales invoices for the administration team.
- Assist the team with various administrative functions as needed.
Requirements:

- A high level of organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong customer focus with a determination to deliver excellent service.
- Good decision-making skills, with the ability to evaluate, prioritise, and plan while managing rapidly changing workloads.
