Venn Group are currently partnered with a healthcare organisation in the Lincolnshire area who urgently require a fulltime Administrator.

  • Produce letters and other HR related correspondence. Reply to correspondence when appropriate. Set up meetings and welcoming visitors. Note taking when required for formal and informal meetings for the People and Culture team.
  • Supporting the wider team to achieve the objectives of the People & Culture Department
  • To produce ad hoc reports using data from different systems, as and when required.
  • Efficient and accurate completion of the DBS renewal process, for employee enhanced employment checks
  • Data input within all computerised HR systems, accurately and in accordance with agreed procedures
  • Extraction of data from the HR systems and provide relevant data as requested from internal and external sources
  • Collate and action information on new starters, leavers and change of circumstance, which affects monthly salary payments and pass to the payroll department as required.
  • Maintain all staff records in the HR systems, including, change of circumstances and sickness absence in liaison with wider People and Culture team.
