Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a reliable administrator that is available from mid-February 2025 until Easter. The position is full-time and could potentially last longer. The school is in Grimsby and provides a warm, supportive environment for supply staff to thrive.

The working hours are 8.00am - 4.00pm Monday - Thursday and 8.00am - 3.30pm on a Friday,

Duties include the following:

  • Perform reception and telephone duties to provide a professional and courteous reception service.
  • Provide advice, information and help to the principal, staff, pupils, parents and the public.
  • Any general basic admin duties required.
  • Collecting and escorting parents/visitors etc. to and from the gates and escorting them to locations around site as necessary.
  • Locating pupils around the school site when necessary.
  • Stock maintenance, e.g. stationery/medical room supplies/paper.

Essential qualities/qualifications:

  • Level 3 First Aid Qualification.
  • Confident communication skills, both on the phone and in person with students and adults.
  • Enhanced Child-Only DBS on the update service.
  • Satisfactory references
