Quality & Compliance Manager

An experienced Quality & Compliance Manager is needed to join our team at BlueSky (UK) Limited, a market leader in innovative packaging solutions, on a full-time basis at our Grimsby site.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure product quality and conformance, investigating and resolving quality issues and non-conformances (NCRs).

Monitor and analyse product quality metrics, identifying trends and implementing corrective actions.

Manage the product sample sign-off process, AQL documentation, and product change control.

Drive customer satisfaction by responding to issues, completing customer questionnaires, and identifying areas for improvement.

Oversee supplier performance and conformance, conducting audits and performance reviews.

Maintain supplier certifications, SSAQ Annual Audits, and SEDEX compliance.

Maintain and implement accreditations such as ISO9001, ISO14001, and Ecovadis.

Keep accurate records of quality investigations, customer feedback, and supplier performance.

Prepare quality reports and compliance presentations for management.

Management and compliance with packaging waste data requirements.

Adherence to all company systems, processes, and procedures.

Required Experience & Skills

Experience as a Quality & Compliance Manager, Packaging Technologist, or similar role.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Experience working with ISO9001, ISO14001, and compliance frameworks.

Ability to work independently and within a team.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

A passion for continuous improvement and driving high standards.
