Are you an experienced Warehouse Manager looking for a new challenge? We're recruiting for a dynamic leader to take charge of warehouse and logistics operations for a leading organisation in the FMCG sector.

As Warehouse Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a high-performing team, ensuring efficient inventory management, and implementing best practices in warehousing and logistics. You'll oversee the supply of raw materials and packaging to production, manage supplier consignment stock, and drive continuous improvement in operational performance.

• Lead and develop a skilled warehouse team, ensuring productivity and engagement.
• Manage stock control using SAP and standard operating procedures.
• Oversee receipt, storage, and dispatch processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Analyse performance metrics to identify improvements and optimise workflows.
• Ensure health and safety protocols are upheld, conducting risk assessments as needed.
• Collaborate with third-party logistics providers for seamless distribution operations.

• Strong experience in warehouse management within an FMCG environment.
• Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Knowledge of lean methodologies, including 5S, problem-solving, and value stream mapping.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
• Certifications in Food Safety Level 2 and IOSH Managing Safely are desirable.
