This role is a great opportunity to take ownership and maintain process as well as compliance for the site.Key responsibilities:* Develop and implement strategies to improve equipment uptime, and performance* Ensure the factory's equipment and processes operate at optimal levels* Oversee maintenance of site services equipment including such as water treatment, effluent plants and refrigeration systems* Manage continuous management and improvement processes* Oversee a team of Engineers, setting objectives (KPIs) and improving planned maintenance systemsRequirements:* Apprenticeship in Engineering/Qualifications in an Engineering discipline* Great communication and teamwork skills* Understanding of current regulations and protocol within the industryBenefits:* Competitive salary * Great annual leave package* Pension* Life assurance The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday with the need for flexibility.
