Position:Operations Administrator (Maternity Cover)
Location:Grimsby
Salary:12.03 per hour
Shift:40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00, including Bank Holidays

Long Term Maternity Cover (1 year)
While this role is initially long term maternity cover (Urgent Start December), our client is undergoing a rapid period of expansion. While we cannot guarantee a permanent position after the cover period, new opportunities are likely to arise within the organisation.
KeyDuties

Provide prompt, efficient, and accurate order processing for inbound and outbound operations using in-house warehouse management systems.

Liaise with customers to ensure timely receipt and accurate order details in line with transport delivery schedules.

Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.

Verify, record, and file Proof of Delivery documentation.

Collaborate daily with internal departments to ensure the highest level of service is delivered to customers.

Assist with various departmental tasks as directed by managers.
Requirements

Previous experience in a Customer Service or Operations Administration role is preferred, though comprehensive training will be provided.

A positive, flexible attitude and the ability to work effectively in a small team.

Basic computer literacy, preferably with experience with Windows operating systems.

Strong numeracy skills, attention to detail, and accuracy at work.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
