We are seeking a dedicated French Teacher to join a dynamic team in Grimsby. This full-time position is available to start after the half term and will continue until the end of the academic year. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching French to KS3 students and possess strong classroom and behavioural management skills.
Day-to-day of the role:- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging French lessons to KS3 students, ensuring alignment with curriculum objectives.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and tailored support to enhance learning outcomes.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined classroom environment to facilitate effective learning.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and refine French curriculum materials.
- Participate in school meetings and professional development sessions to stay updated with educational standards and methodologies.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Proven experience in teaching French to KS3 students.
- Strong classroom and behavioural management skills.
