Day-to-day of the role:- Lead and manage strategies to promote excellent teaching practices and student learning outcomes.
- Oversee the development and implementation of policies and programs that support student behaviour and SEND.
- Collaborate with teaching staff and the senior management team to foster a positive learning environment.
- Conduct regular reviews of educational practices and make adjustments as necessary to meet the needs of all students.
