About the Role:
As an Agency RGN, you will have the flexibility to choose shifts that work best for you, whether full-time or part-time. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients across various healthcare environments, including hospitals, nursing homes, and private clinics. Your clinical expertise will play a vital role in ensuring that patients receive the best care possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals in a variety of settings
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and assess patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
- Work collaboratively with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with infection control, health, and safety standards
- Offer emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families

Requirements:
- Must be a registered nurse with an active NMC Pin
- Previous experience as an RGN in a clinical environment is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
- Flexibility and a commitment to delivering high-quality nursing care
