Are you a compassionate and experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) seeking a flexible role with excellent pay and the opportunity to work in diverse healthcare settings? Here at Focusmed24 we currently recruiting agency RGNs to join our team across Wales!

About the Role:
As an Agency RGN, you will have the flexibility to choose shifts that work best for you, whether full-time or part-time. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients across various healthcare environments, including hospitals, nursing homes, and private clinics. Your clinical expertise will play a vital role in ensuring that patients receive the best care possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals in a variety of settings
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Monitor and assess patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
  • Work collaboratively with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with infection control, health, and safety standards
  • Offer emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families

Requirements:

  • Must be a registered nurse with an active NMC Pin
