We are exclusively recruiting for a Head of Finance for a Single Family Office based in Guernsey. The family has a fantastic reputation, with business and personal interests spanning four continents in sectors such as financial services, commerce, real estate, private equity, venture capital, and philanthropy.

The Role: As Head of Finance, you will lead the financial operations within a small, dedicated team. Core responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing financial reporting, management reporting, and internal controls
  • Managing tax compliance and FATCA/CRS reporting
  • Coordinating with auditors, tax and legal advisors, and colleagues across global offices
  • Ensuring efficient financial data recording and electronic filing systems

The Successful Candidate:

  • Chartered Accountant (or equivalent) with 10-15 years of post-qualification experience, ideally in private client services
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high degree of rigor and accuracy
  • Excellent team leadership abilities, including motivating staff and a willingness to "roll up your sleeves"
