Senior Business Analyst - 3 years+, £50,000 - £60,000 (possibly higher for ideal candidate)

Business Analyst - 1-2 years, £45,000 - £50,000

The role can be permanent or temporary (12 months+)

Business Analyst’s Core Duties

  • Work to ensure the delivery of high quality data and information, and to support innovation and discouraging poor quality ventures
  • Assist to protect and enhance the organisation’s reputation within financial services
  • Provide technical Business Analyst services
  • Identify supervisory requirements for information systems functionality
  • Identify development opportunities for the Information System offerings both internally and externally
  • Liaise with divisional teams with respect to Information Systems
  • Identify efficient data pipeline processes; from collection, to storage, to usage
  • Contribute to working groups to refine Information systems
  • Evaluate external tools and provide recommendations

Business Analyst’s Key Skills

  • Experience of Information Systems architecture
  • Experience with UML / Archimate, desirable
  • Experience of Master Data Management / Data engineering, desirable

Business Analyst’s Key Requirements

  • Experience as a Business Analyst (Senior 3 years+)
  • Experience working within the Financial Services sector or on Financial Services projects
  • Experience with SharePoint or CRM would be highly desirable
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Great communication skills
  • Able to deal with tight deadlines and changing priorities
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Candidates will be required to relocate to Guernsey (families can also live under the housing licence supplied by client) and must have rights to work in the UK.
