Role Responsibilities- Preparing statutory, management, and ad hoc accounts for a range of clients
- Planning, budgeting, and finalising audit files while managing the audit process to ensure timely delivery
- Working as part of a team to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations
- Delegating and overseeing the work of trainees, providing mentoring and support to aid their development
- Identifying potential areas for client cost savings or process improvements
- Supporting Managers and Partners on their portfolios and ad hoc projects
- Contributing to a collaborative and innovative approach that helps clients make strategic decisions

Candidate Requirements- ACA or ACCA qualification
- Strong audit and accounts preparation experience, with the ability to manage assignments from planning to completion
- A good working knowledge of accounting software, such as Xero, QuickBooks, and Iris (helpful but not essential)
- Excellent analytical skills and a commercial approach to assignments
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive and determined attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- £38,000 to £48,000 pa
- Permanent, full-time role
