We are recruiting an experienced, qualified, Group Financial Controller to undertake an interim position managing a team and maintaining a stable and developmental finance team during a period of change with our global B2B services client.
The role is responsible for managing all global reporting, accounting and controls.
Key elements of the position involve:
- Managing and leading the finance team.
- Ensure the delivery of robust monthly management information and reports.
- Control cash flow.
- Deliver statutory accounts within tight deadlines.
- Own the budget and forecasting process.
- Management of indirect costs.
- Drive continuous improvement in controls and processes.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a reasonably sized Group. Team management is a critical aspect of this role and so it must be high on your agenda and you must be technically very strong.
