Part-Time Administrator

Central Guildford

15.38 -16.48 per hour

Hours: 25 hours per week (Flexibility with working hours available but will be required in the office Monday -Friday)

Our client is currently seeking a highly organised Part-Time Administrator to join their busy team!

You will be joining the friendly team providing crucial support to their clients and contribute to the smooth operation of their services.

Daily Duties:

  • Providing excellent telephone customer service to clients
  • On-boarding clients and performing AML checks
  • Maintaining client data and records
  • Handling daily post, scanning, and distribution of relevant documents
  • Managing and reviewing client's online accounts with tax authorities
  • Preparing standard HMRC letters and packaging/uploading tax returns
  • Assisting with US tax administration tasks
  • Handling finance administration responsibilities, including invoicing, payment processing, and client/supplier management

Skills/ Experience:

  • Prior experience working in a fast paced administrative role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, including a professional phone manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
