Our client is looking for dynamic Administrator to join their close-knit team in Guilford. The ideal Administrator will be a diligent and proactive individual who will also act as front of house office.As the Administrator you will be in charge of the day to day running of the office providing support to staff and assisting clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the front of house meeting and greeting all visitor offering tea/ coffee
  • Handling all telephone enquires
  • Handling all tenders and ensuring all information is accurately updated on spreadsheets
  • Handling all admin for company vehicles including MOTs arrangements, Tax, PCNs
  • Managing stationary levels ensuring the office has all necessary supplies
  • Booking and necessary hotels and venues for company events
  • Keeping staff records up to date including contact information, holiday, training records and health and safety training
  • Updating all necessary spread sheets accurately

Experience and Skills Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail
  • IT literate including Word, Excel and outlook
  • Pro-active
  • Previous experience in administration role
  • Team player
