Job description

  • First point of contact for managing extremely busy phoneline with a large variety of client queries and organising all administration processes with excellent efficiency.
  • Uploading all client information with excellent efficiency and responding to all queries.
  • Building customer relationships and supporting with any order questions including logistics plans.
  • Supporting with national accounts and providing updates accordingly.
  • Ensuring that all administration tasks are completed to high standards to meet audit guidelines.
  • Manage all shipping information accordingly and working alongside the internal teams to ensure that the details are uploads correctly.
