We are working with one of the countries most prestigious Wealth Management organisations to recruit an additional Financial Planning Administrator. Our client is a leading name in the industry, they are a multi award winning business that have a fantastic reputation.

The client is now seeking to recruit an additional Administrator to join their Wealth Management team in Guildford.

This position will work closely with a very successful team of Financial Planners that provide holistic advice across retirement planning, estate planning, investments and protection - typically HNW & UHNW clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Build & maintain strong relationships with the Financial Planners and their clients
  • Work closely Paraplanning and other internal teams to facilitate efficient and quality administration resulting in excellent client outcomes
  • Ensure client reviews are timely & appropriate as per documented service levels and in line with regulation.
  • Assist with structured scheduling of reviews and for the preparation for meetings
  • Ensure that client files pre & post meeting contain all relevant information and paperwork, ensuring that all client data is accurate and up to date
  • Be responsible for all post meeting administrative actions, such as processing of Letters of Authority and submission of business to various platforms and providers ensuring timely and accurate completion
  • Maintain a strong level of industry knowledge

The client is looking to recruit a motivated and professional individual that has previous experience within a similar role. Ideally you will have two years’ experience working within a financial planning/wealth management environment, however the client will also consider individuals with wider financial services experience such as: pension, investments, platforms etc.
