PA - Dispute Resolution

We are seeking a proactive PA to join a top Surrey law firm’s Dispute Resolution team, specializing in civil and commercial litigation. In this role, you’ll support fee earners by managing diaries, preparing documents, progressing client matters, and maintaining professional communication. You will collaborate closely with the Head of Department and work in a dynamic, open-plan office.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of legal secretarial experience, preferably in dispute resolution, along with strong IT skills, attention to detail, and a client-focused approach. Familiarity with Practice Evolve or similar case management systems is beneficial.
The salary for this role is £30,000-£32,500 depending on experience, with additional benefits such as a bonus scheme and career development opportunities. The ideal start date is by 3rd February 2025.
