Legal PA

A prestigious UK law firm seeks a Legal PA on an initial 12 Month Fixed Term Contract to join their Guildford office. The Legal PA will be supporting 2 practice areas – Litigation and Private Client.

  • Salary to £35,000 plus generous benefits
  • Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote)
  • Highly autonomous role

Legal PA Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Lawyers with marketing and BD activities
  • Manage diaries, ensuring they are up to date
  • Arrange meetings, book conference rooms, refreshments / catering
  • Arrange for travel bookings and related details, including travel itineraries and expenses
  • Enter new contact information onto the CRM system
  • Assist with BD pitches
  • Assist Lawyers in the billing and credit control process

Legal PA Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Legal PA / Secretary experience gained from a law firm environment
  • Experience gained within a Litigation or Private Client practice groups is advantageous
  • Fast, accurate typing skills
  • Highly skilled on all MS Office applications
  • Ability to be flexible to meet the demands of the work
