  • Our client is seeking a part-time administrator to join their team, working closely with the Office Manager and other team members.
  • The position requires 20 hours of work per week, spread over five days, with three days working from home and two days in the office.

  • The salary for this role is competitive, and applicants should ideally have a minimum of two years of relevant experience.

We are supporting our client with finding them a new member of the team. The part time administrator will work closely with the Office manager and other team members. The role will see you working 20 hours a week, over 5 days. You will work from home for three days and in the office for 2 days.

You will be responsible for:-

  • Drafting and Preparing documents
  • Tracking reports and deadlines
  • Client and stakeholder communications
  • Co-ordination of jobs & scheduling site visits and meetings
  • Ensure all documents are filed digitally for compliance
  • Track project costs and support with the invoices
