We are currently seeking a Graduate Structural Engineer with 2+ years of UK experience to join our dynamic team. Position Overview:
As a Graduate Structural Engineer, you will assist in the design, analysis, and detailing of a wide range of structural projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial developments. You will receive dedicated support and guidance as you take your first steps towards achieving Chartered status and developing your professional expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the design, analysis, and detailing of structural engineering projects, ensuring adherence to relevant codes, standards, and best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with the project team to deliver projects efficiently, on time, and within budget.
  • Attend site visits to monitor progress, identify and address technical issues, and maintain effective communication with contractors and clients.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to the team as needed, contributing to the development of solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service and technical support.

Skills & Experience Required:
  • 2 years of UK experience in structural engineering, ideally with exposure to a variety of projects.
  • Strong understanding of structural design principles, materials, and construction methods.
  • Proficiency in structural engineering software (e.g., Tekla, Revit, or similar) is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and colleagues.
  • A degree in Structural Engineering (or equivalent) with a strong desire to work towards Chartered status.
