Location: Guildford
Salary: £30,000-£35,000 (dependent on experience)

I am looking for an enthusiastic Architectural Technician with a passion for Architecture to join a well-established team in Guildford. The RIBA-chartered company has offices across the UK and work on a range of retail, education, healthcare and leisure projects of all scales. The team always exceed client expectations whilst ensuring each project is sustainable, within budget and high-quality.
The successful Architectural Technician will have significant experience post qualification and should have experience working on retail projects. You should enjoy conducting site visits and have excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations. Revit and AutoCAD proficiency is essential.
Skills, Responsibilities and Experience for the role of Architectural Technician:
- Relevant degree or an HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
- CIAT accredited, or working towards
- Significant post-qualification experience in a UK-based practice
- Run projects through all RIBA stages
- Retail experience is essential
- Excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations
- Conduct site visits & surveys
- Liaise with clients, contractors and the wider team
- Confident working independently or as part of a team
- Must live within a commutable distance to Guildford
- Revit and AutoCAD proficiency is essential
