Construction Manager

We are seeking an experiencedCivils Site Managerto oversee a large-scale multistorey car park project in Guildford. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical civils background, with specific knowledge of power, water, and data cables in the ground.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all civils works on site.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Provide technical expertise on power, water, and data cables installation.
• Monitor project progress and report to senior management.

Requirements:

• Strong technical civils background.
• Knowledge of power, water, and data cables in civil projects.
• Proven site management experience.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
