Social Media & E-Commerce Marketing Manager - Guildford, Surrey
£40,000 plus benefits
We are recruiting for an exciting new opportunity as our client is looking for a Social Media & E-Commerce Marketing Manager to join their highly successful company that focus on luxury brands. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven Social Media & E-Commerce Marketing Manager with extensive experience in leading, managing, and executing promotional and e-commerce strategies. You will have a proven track record in driving engagement and sales through innovative content, strategic campaigns, and close collaboration with agencies and internal stakeholders.
In this role, you will ensure their brand remains at the forefront of the luxury market, building relationships with customers, influencers, and media outlets while maintaining a high-performing digital presence across platforms.
What’s on Offer
- Location - Based in Guildford (parking provided) but with regular visits to their other locations.
- Hours - 5 days per week, Mon to Fri, 9am to 5pm On occasions you may be required to work on a weekend or outside these weekday hours.
- Annual Leave - 28 days (including Bank Holidays) increasing by one day each year of service up to 33 days max.
- Bonus - after 12 months service

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media and e-commerce strategy.
- Create innovative and engaging content tailored to each platform, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and others.
- Drive audience growth and engagement, translating activity directly into sales and transactions.
- Regularly visit store locations to gather localized content and collaborate with teams on campaigns.
- Define social media KPI`s and analyse data across all channels. Prepare detailed reports and provide actionable insights.
Collaborations with Agencies, Media and in-house marketing
- Monitor competitors' activity, ensuring the company remains ahead in the luxury e-marketing landscape.
- Work with external agency to optimize Google Ads campaigns and develop new strategies for paid advertising. Define strategy, make recommendation and monitor performance.
- Oversee the enhancement of their websites, working with web designers/developers and in-house marketing team to ensure user-friendly, visually appealing, and up-to-date platforms. Regularly test to ensure functionality is optimal.
- Monitor external agency`s SEO activities, including keyword targeting, content priorities and technical involvements.
- Act as the primary liaison with PR agencies, ensuring maximum exposure through media interest, blogs, and press releases.
- Build relationships with influencers, celebrities, and TV production teams to amplify product promotions.
- Manage and improve the Company App by working with their App designers.
- Create copy and supply imagery for advertorial campaigns and blogs.
- Plan and execute remarketing campaigns to re-engage customers, including abandoned cart initiatives and mailshots.
- Monitor customer reviews on Trust Pilot and Google and respond as required.
Required Skills & Attributes
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated the ability to take initiative, identify opportunities, and implement creative solutions independently and have a strong understanding of audience segmentation, platform-specific strategies, and content performance analytics. They need an individual with the ability to produce original and engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences and supports brand growth and be proficient in analysing campaign data and metrics to optimize performance and report actionable insights.
You will also have an In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and trends, with hands-on experience in both organic and paid campaigns and be highly experienced in social media and digital marketing with expertise in SEO, PPC and website management.
