Description

Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a great company based in Guildford who are recruiting for a Bookkeeper to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. The ideal person will have experience within a similar role and will be happy to work remotely.

Main Duties:

  • Bookkeeping for a diverse portfolio of small to medium-sized businesses using Xero.
  • Preparation of accounts up to Trial Balance, including accruals, prepayments, and depreciation.
  • Management of CIS returns and preparing payroll for a large portfolio of clients.
  • Completion of VAT returns and other financial reporting as required.
  • Preparation of Self Assessment Tax Returns
  • Assist in other ad-hoc financial tasks and projects.

About You:

  • Holds or is pursuing AAT level 3/4 certification.
  • Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and strong competence in Microsoft Excel and Xero.
  • Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Has a robust understanding of cloud-based accounting software and digital financial processes.
