Our client is recognised as one of the UK’s leading law firms and they are currently seeking a Marketing/Business Development Executive. This role is responsible for providing high quality support across the marketing and business development teams to help deliver firm strategy and key projects.

Responsibilities

- Produce and maintain digital content for the website and social media platforms

- Update lawyer profiles and other marketing collateral

- Deliver monthly campaign metrics

- Assist in drafting press releases and provide PR support

- Support the Marketing Communications Manager in preparing and managing award submissions

- Assist in planning and executing webinars and seminars, managing logistics, invitations and post-event follow up

- Create client mailings using the firm’s eMarketing software

- Produce and maintain content on the intranet platform, ensuring relevance and accuracy

- Support the delivery and content updates of the new website

- Conduct research on clients, targets and competitors

- Update and maintain the master experience database

- Manage the pitch index, ensuring it is current and reflective of pitch outcomes

- Prepare pitch materials and other client-facing credentials

- Assist in delivering directory submissions and managing the testimonial database

- Maintain and improve use of the CRM system, including mailing lists, relationships and updates

- Support the development of a new pitching and credentials system

- Compile key RFP information

- Support the key autumn campaigns across content generation, targeting and follow-up

This role is ideal for someone looking to broaden their experience within a leading law firm, offering varied responsibilities in a collaborative and supportive environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience of eMarketing platforms, websites and CRM systems and skilled in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. You will have experience across both marketing and business development within a professional services environment. You will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You must be able to handle multiple tasks and prioritise accordingly with the ability to work under pressure and sometimes to tight deadlines.
