We are partnering with a top-tier law firm based in Surrey, who are seeking an experienced Interim Senior Business Development Manager (5-6 months) to join the team. This is a key role for a proactive and strategic BD professional with a proven track record in the legal sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development within law firms, exceptional team management skills, and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Requirements:
- Extensive business development experience within a law firm is essential.
- Proven ability to manage and lead BD teams, driving performance and fostering a collaborative culture.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and work closely with senior partners and fee earners.
- Strategic thinker with excellent commercial acumen, able to hit the ground running and quickly adapt to the firm’s BD priorities.
- Experience in managing and delivering pitches, proposals, and client-focused initiatives.
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
