- A temporary Chef de Partie position is available immediately and is ongoing.
- The role requires working within a defence contract catering environment for 5 or 6 days a week.
- Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- The salary for this position is competitive and will be confirmed upon application.
- Applicants must possess a clear DBS, their own chef whites, knives, safety shoes, and relevant food hygiene certifications.
The Chef de Partie will be given a rota to work within defence contract catering with a brigade of chefs
5 or 6 days over 7 (Hours will be confirmed every week)
Must be able to work very well within a team, may be on your own on occassions so motivated and deliverance expectations
Must have a DBS and able to travel to Ashvale Army Barracks
Must have own chef whites, chef knives and safety shoes with Food Hygience and safety aswell as allergens and a DBS which has to be clear, no criminal convictions pending or spent
