A premium countryside pub located in Clandon is seeking a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join their dynamic kitchen team. With a focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients and traditional British cuisine, this establishment offers an exceptional dining experience for guests.

Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum
Location: Clandon, Surrey

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and daily kitchen operations.
Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, ensuring consistency across all dishes.
Manage kitchen staff during shifts, providing training and support to junior team members.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
Collaborate in the development of new dishes and seasonal menus to enhance guest satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role within a high-volume kitchen, preferably in a pub or restaurant environment.
Strong culinary skills and a passion for creating exceptional dishes.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment and under pressure.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
