Location:Field based in the South East

Recruit Engineering has been engaged by a leading CNC machinery company seeking dedicated and skilled Applications Engineers to join their team. The role involves providing high-quality technical support, training, and applications expertise to both internal teams and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide machine set-up, prove-out, and operator training across designated region.
  • Offer expert technical support to customers, dealers, and sales teams, including machine demonstrations and programming.
  • Prepare machining methods and cycle time estimates, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Support machine installations at customer sites and company showrooms.
  • Deliver remote and on-site technical advice, troubleshooting, and after-sales support.
  • Collaborate with international dealer networks and attend overseas training as required.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in an applications or similar engineering role.
  • In-depth knowledge of metal cutting processes and machinery operation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for precision engineering. Full product training will be provided, with ongoing development opportunities.
