Senior Account Manager

Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced sales professional to spearhead business growth, build strategic client relationships, and deliver tailored solutions that meet complex customer needs. Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in selling CCaaS/UCaaS solutions, ideally involving platforms such as Zoom, 8x8, Five9, Mitel, or Microsoft.
  • Demonstrated ability to close high-value deals, with contract values exceeding £500k.
  • Proven expertise in managing intricate sales cycles and engaging with senior decision-makers.
  • A self-motivated and results-driven mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Comfortable with a hybrid working model, commuting to Guildford at least once per week.

Role Responsibilities
