A medium-sized MEP Contractor thriving under new leadership has entered into several new sectors amidst its ambitious growth plans. As such, they require an Electrical Project Manager to lead the electrical instal on a health care project in Surrey, with an M&E value of 11.5m.
The scheme is currently in pre-construction, due to start on-site in July with project completion scheduled for summer 2026. You will work alongside a Mechanical Project Manager and report to a Project Director who will be on site 1-2 times a week.

Some of your duties will include:
  • Manage and oversee the electrical project from initiation through completion.
  • Plan and allocate resources, set project timelines, and monitor progress.
  • Collaborate with design and site teams to ensure alignment with project specifications.
  • Coordinate subcontractor performance and manage procurement schedules.
  • Ensure all electrical systems meet quality, safety, and compliance standards.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to address technical challenges, changes, and updates.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Electrical Project Manager, preferably within M&E contracting.
  • Experience managing hospital or large-scale building projects is advantageous.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project scheduling, budget management, and risk assessment.
