Senior Civil Design Engineer - Hybrid Role - Guildford


I'm seeking a Senior Civil Design Engineer to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of development projects. This is a hybrid role based in Guildford, offering flexibility to work remotely alongside office collaboration. You'll apply your expertise to ensure high-quality outcomes on various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and delivery of development-focused engineering projects.
  • Conduct Flood Risk Assessments and develop Drainage Strategies.
  • Use AutoCAD, MicroDrainage/InfoDrainage, and other software to design and analyse solutions.
  • Manage projects to meet deadlines and client expectations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to develop innovative proposals.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to clients and authorities.


The ideal candidate:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Strong engineering and project management experience.
  • Expertise in Flood Risk Assessments and Drainage Strategies.
