My client is seeking a Fabric Technician to join their Estates and Facilities Management team servicing accommodation, commercial facilities and their Olympic sized swimming pool!

As a Fabric Technician, you’ll play a crucial role in operational maintenance of all building fabric across their sites, including statutory inspection and testing where required. You will carry out multi-skilled tasks in this multi trade fabric role, so plastering, carpentry and building skills and experience will make you stand out.

Requirements:

  • Must hold a current full EU license or equivalent permanent licence
  • Willingness to undertake training in other trade disciplines (gas safe)
