This is a unique opportunity to take the lead role on an exciting refurbishment of a listed building where you'll be tasked with taking a hands-on approach to the delivery of the project.As the Senior Construction Manager, you will be based on site in Guildford and overseeing the entire refurbishment process. You'll be responsible for:

  • Managing and coordinating trade contractors, ensuring quality and programme compliance
  • Leading site operations and ensuring work is delivered safely and to the highest standards
  • Collaborating with the client and specialist consultants to navigate heritage constraints

About You

  • Proven experience as a Senior Construction Manager on high-profile heritage, conservation, or refurbishment projects
  • Strong knowledge of listed building regulations, conservation techniques, and traditional construction methods
  • Hands-on Construction Management experience gained from either a PQS or main contracting role
  • Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and client-facing skills
