Credit Controller - About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments
- Chase outstanding invoices via phone, email, and letter
- Process incoming payments and allocate them to appropriate accounts
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare regular reports on aged debt and outstanding balances
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer billing issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date credit control records
- Handle administrative tasks related to credit control functions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
The successful Credit Controller will have/be:
- Previous experience in a Credit Controller or similar finance role
- Proficient in accounting software Sage 200
