We are seeking a motivated and organised Customer Service Coordinator to join our client's Customer service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming customer calls, ensuring excellent customer service, and coordinating with various departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Call Management: Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls promptly and professionally.
