Working in a busy Customer Service Team our client is looking for a candidate with some experience within customer service to answer telephones and written enquiries from members of the public and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering queries from customers
- Set up new clients using the established agency onboarding process.
- Providing agency support to existing clients - helping with quotes, questions, applications.
- Using LiveChat system to respond to enquiries online
- Responding to queries submitted via email
- To assist with training, mentoring and support of new staff as required.
- To problem solve and mediate when required.
- To work with other departments and team members as required to provide excellent and efficient service to customers.
Experience & Skill requirement:
- Passion for championing excellent customer service.
- Understand how to implement processes and procedures.
- Have a desire to learn new skills and challenge the 'status quo’ to develop personal and achieve business objectives.
- Take an active role in supporting and maintaining the company values and culture.
- Able to deliver high levels of accuracy and attention for detail.
- Capable of managing relationships - internal and external at all levels within business.
- Have good PR/interpersonal skills, have outstanding communication and reporting skills, problem analysis and listening ability.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
