Job Opportunity
A great job role has arisen with my client, who is looking for a talented Service Advisor to provide excellent front-of-house customer service in a busy independent business. This client has a great reputation in the local area, as well as a loyal, and growing customer base, all of whom need treating with TLC by the new Service Advisor. You will be the first point of contact for customers, and will be dealing with booking in work, answering customer queries, and helping with the day to day running of the business. If you have the skills, and love the motor trade, and looking after your customers, this could be the ideal job for you. Do not delay. Apply TODAY!!!
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, and be the face of the business
- Give good technical advice to clients regarding their vehicles and work undertaken
- Be well organized, and able to work in a small team
- Love cars and the Automotive industry
Qualifications
- Good technical knowledge
- Great customer skills
Salary and Benefits
- Salary to £30k Basic + Bonus
