Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to incoming inquiries via telephone and email promptly and efficiently.
  • Providing outstanding administrative support to accounts and field sales representatives.
  • Reviewing, processing, and setting up new accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all paperwork and information.
  • Maintaining customer master data.
  • Assisting customers with inquiries related to the status of shipments, credits, returns, and repairs.
  • Offering advice and product support to customers.
  • Building and maintaining positive internal relationships within our global business.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in using all Ms packages
