Eye4 Recruitment are working with a client that is continuing growing, has an exciting brand, based near Guildford in luscious offices in a stunning location. Were looking to recruit for several positions one of them being this role a Customer Service Advisor.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond to calls, incoming emails and ensure queries and orders are dealt with promptly and professionally
  • Input customer orders
  • Complete credit/collection requests and consult with the relevant department
  • Manage customer sales history and update their purchases preferences as required
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with internal and external customers
  • Communicate important feedback from customer to Key Account Manager
  • Provide after-sales support to the Key Account Manager and assist the Business Development Managers in the absence of the Sales Administrators
  • Undertake any other tasks which can be reasonably expected in relation to the role

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience of working in a similar support role
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A polite and friendly manner
  • Enjoys working under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to build team spirit and purpose.
