Salary: £24,000 to £28,000/year

Are you an enthusiastic customer service professional seeking a new role in an exciting face paced environment? We are currently recruiting on behalf of a client in the Gomshall area for a Customer Service Advisor to join their fast growing team. You will play a key role in driving business growth by managing inbound queries and nurturing relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming telephone enquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Monitoring and managing leads through accurate tracking and follow-ups.

Conducting targeted outreach through prospecting and cold calling.

Prepare quotations tailored to client needs.

Scheduling and confirming appointments with clients.

Manage relationships with existing contract clients.

Use CRM systems effectively to track and manage leads and clients.

Preparing and distributing professional correspondence, including compliment slips.

Providing backup support for Sales Administration as needed.

Experience and Qualifications

3+ years experience in a customer service or a similar role.

Familiarity with standard computer systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.

Previous experience in sales is a bonus.
