Customer Service Advisor

Working for a global leader within the heating industry you will be working in a team communicating with customers and engineers via phone and e-mail to provide an outstanding customer service experience.

The hours are 08.00 - 16.30 with 30 mins for lunch and this is a fully office based role.

Your key duties will include:

    • Handle all incoming enquiries and/or complaints by phone and email
    • Manage the jobs allocated to service agents to ensure appointments have been booked with customers
    • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
    • Chase outstanding invoices on a weekly basis with each service agent
    • Manage jobs and invoices to close off outstanding work through the process of payments to finance
    • Arrange collection of parts after job with warehouse and engineers
    • Arrange for parts to be ordered ready to be dispatched from warehouse for engineer job orders
    • Where required arrange warranty documentation to be sent to customers by post
    • Provide customers with product and service information
    • Support training administration for engineer training days
    • Data analysis of phone system and repairs logs

Skills/ Experience

  • Worked in a call centre environment
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Highly motivated and pro-active
  • Customer focused with excellent customer service
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Willing to learn new processes and adapt to changes
  • Must be able to communicate at all levels and be a team member
  • Some experience of managing others
