Fantastic Opportunity: Customer Service and Sales Coordinator

Location: Guildford - on-site

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus excellent benefits

Hours: 08:00 to 17:30 Monday to Friday and 07:00 to 12:30 one in three Saturdays.

Role:

  • You will be responsible for dealing with a range of Customers incoming telephone calls, from National Construction Companies through to small, independent businesses and private householders.
  • Working in a telephone-based customer service office, you will have a passion for delivering an excellent Customer experience that will enable my client to continue our growth through repeat and new business.
  • You will understand my client’s business to promote all the services they are able to offer and identity opportunities for cross selling.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience using bespoke in-house sales systems or customer databases.
  • Ability to engage with a diverse range of customers.
  • Proven track record in inbound telephone customer service.
  • Ability to learn products and services to cross-sell.
  • Strong organisational skills for day-to-day administrative tasks.
