- Assisting clients with day to day enquiries
- Offer a 5* service to all clients, responding to their queries in a professional and efficient manner
- Provide a knowledgeable and detailed service to all clients enquiring about the products and service
- Be adaptable in your approach ensuring that all clients regardless of their technical knowledge get the highest level of customer service
Skills:
- Confident in your tech knowledge - are you the go to person that fixes the tech in your home?
- An excellent telephone manner
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Have a passion for people
- Proficient user of MS office
